Horrible!!!! Don’t waste your money trust me!! We booked a cabin for 3 nights and while booking we weren’t informed that bedding wasn’t provided….I was told that was the meaning of “rustic”. We booked 4 rafts in advance and when we checked in we were told all 1 man rafts were sold out……had to pay 120.00 for a 6 person raft! 120.00 was a complete waste because our raft was deflated by the end of the float, I was scooping out water the entire float! I informed the staff (skinny dark hair lady) and she basically called me a liar and refused to refund any of our money, instead she called the police on me for “refusing to leave” lol. The employee at the end of the float is who told me to get a refund because the float “wasn’t safe”. I will never return to TRL they were horrible, rude and down right disrespectful to us as customers!!
I have been coming here for 14 years and have always enjoyed the time with family and friends. The staff has been great with any of our accommodations. We come the same time every year and look forward to floating on the best river that I have ever floated on. The staff is great and look forward to returning year after year. Thanks for all you do TRL. The bus rides back are a blast.
